Quality assurance

For all products, if there is a manufacturing error that is clearly the responsibility of the factory, please report it within one month of receiving the product, attaching a photo.

However, this does not include prototypes or custom-made products.

Custom-made

Each custom-made item is made according to the customer’s order. As all materials are specially prepared, returns and refunds are generally not possible.

We are unable to produce any products that require confirmation from the copyright holder when producing custom-made items.

Custom-made products are given a six-month quality guarantee, but this guarantee does not apply to products that have been used for an unintended purpose or that have been damaged intentionally or carelessly by the customer.

Repair

To ensure that you can enjoy using the products you purchase from us for a long time, we offer repairs for a fee after the quality guarantee period has expired.

Refunds and Returns

For returns and refunds due to customer convenience, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, and all shipping costs associated with returns and refunds must be borne by the customer.

If it becomes difficult to continue the transaction due to force majeure such as a dispute or disaster, we will cancel the transaction and refund the payment you have made.
